Realistic filling the streets and roads 8GBRAM for GTA 5. The modification increases the number of pedestrians and vehicles on the streets of Los Santos.
Setup for computers with 8 GB of RAM and 2 GB VRAM.

1. To open the program OpenIV
2. To specify the path to the directory installed games GTA 5 for Windows
3. To enable edit mode (if prompted to install the plugin for GTA V, hit the "ASI Manager" and select "Install" OpenIV.ASI)
4. Further along this path is common.rpf\data
5. Replace "gameconfig.xml" similar to the name of the file from the downloaded archive
7. Next, go in a new direction - common.rpf\data\levels\gta5
8. Replace "popcycle.dat" similar file from the downloaded archive
9. Further along this path - update\update.rpf\common\data
10. Replace "gameconfig.xml" similar to the name of the file from the downloaded archive
11. Next, go in a new direction - update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5
12. Replace "popcycle.dat" similar file from the downloaded archive
13. Next, go in a new direction - common.rpf\data\levels\gta5
14. Replace "vehiclepopulation.xml" similar to the name of the file from the downloaded archive
15. Installed the mod and the program OpenIV can be closed.

Tested in game version 1.0.393.2 with a tablet from RELOADED.
