Go out on the balcony

Quality script - Go to the balcony for GTA Vice City. This mod adds a cut feature from GTA VC that allows you to step out onto the balcony and admire the sunny Vice City. All you have to do is walk up to the window at the Ocean View Hotel, stop by the marker and you'll find yourself on the balcony.
To return, stand on the marker again. Enjoy the game.
