Full Russian voice acting

Good modification - Full Russian voice acting for GTA 3 Definitive Edition. Now all missions and pedestrians in the game will be with Russian voice acting. The voice acting is monophonic amateur.
The female voice is slightly altered. Voiced by subtitles (Buka), which is why some phrases are accelerated. In the cutscenes, the voice acting is on top of the original.
