Winter Liberty V2 for GTA 4.

The second version of winter mod for GTA IV. This time snow covered the whole of Bohan.

Details:
Snow covered the roads;
Snow covered signs;
- Snow-covered billboards;
- Changed the color of the check boxes under the Christmas;
Snow covered signs;
- Lody are set up correctly;
Snow covered all the roofs;
Snow covered some of the walls;
- There is ice;
Glass with ice;
- Several types of snow;
- Fixed bugs in last version.
- Correctly set up the normal.

Cons:
Metro didn't get any snow (the road after the snow-covered station).
