Flashlight for Weapons v 2.0

Flashlight for Weapons-second version of fashion globally processed. Adds to weapons guided flashlight.

Features:
-A real flashlight, as in Alan Wake;
-Laser sight;
-A configuration .ini file where you can change the keys, models of weapons, etc.
-The firearms cannot be simultaneously used a flashlight and laser sight.

For GTAIV & EFLC
Turn on a flashlight through the Caps Lock

The default allocation is:
-Desert Eagle (flashlight);
-Baretta (flashlight);
-MP5 (laser sight);
-M4 (laser sight).
