Loading screens in the style of GTA Chinatown Wa

This mod replaces the usual loading screens with pictures with characters from GTA: CTW, and also when entering the game instead of GTA IV is written GTA IV: Chinatown Wars. The bonus is the red color of highlighting the options in the menu (in the original it is yellow).
