Special signal

This mod replaces the standard sound of the dial tone on all cars except the following: Ambulance, fire, police, trucks, boats and vans on the semblance of a "Pony".

If you don't like what I did dial tone to replace most of the vehicles in gta4, write and I'll make a replacement only for 10-15 cars!
