1. Open the program OpenIV;
2. Specify the path to the directory installed games GTA 5 for Windows;

7. Replace "osiris_mods.rpf" in the same modification file from the downloaded archive;
8. Next, go on a new path - update\update.rpf\dlc_patch\mpluxe\common\data;
9. Replace "carcols.meta" in the same modification file from the downloaded archive;
10. Next, go on a new path - update\x64\dlcpacks\mpluxe\dlc.rpf\common\data;
11. Replace "carvariations.meta" in the same modification file from the downloaded archive;
12. The modification will be installed and the program OpenIV can be closed.

Tested in game version 1.0.1365.1
