The appearance of a car model in the game can be carried out using the program Simple Trainer (hereinafter ST), which can be found on the site.
In the ST menu, you need to go along the path of Vehicle Spawing/Spawn Vehicle By Model Name and type the name: 535i97 from the keyboard.
