VAZ-2107 Lada Riva v1.2

Adds a VAZ-2107 Lada Riva v1.2 for GTA 5. It is widely known car in the post-Soviet space. The model replaces the Vulcar Warrener car.

Key features of the model:
- High quality interior;
- Working instrument panel;
- Dirt mapping;
- Broken glass;
- Correct position of the driver;
- Hands on the wheel;
- Correct collision;
- Real reflection in the mirrors;
- There is a tuning.

Fixed incorrect display of broken glass.
Added various minor fixes.
