There are a few ways to hide HUD in GTA 5, every one of which suits different purposes. Do you want to take an in-game selfie, perhaps a screenshot or maybe you just want to get rid of the interface to fully immerse yourself into the game? Great, then this article is right for you. So, here’s how you can do it:
- Via an in-game smartphone camera;
- By disabling minimap, money, stats and other information (actually hiding HUD);
- By taking cinematic screenshots.
The second method is also easy. Go to Settings – Display and turn your radar off. Then go to the Notifications menu and turn everything off as well.
It might be a little more difficult with the third option. First, go to Rockstar Editor and create a new project. Record a short clip that captures what you need. To change angles, set the "Free Camera" in the camera options. Once you’ve chosen the right angle, press "H" to hide HUD. You can also add different effects to make your screenshot look more interesting.
