How to steal a tank in GTA 5
Military vehicles is what causes true mayhem in every Grand Theft Auto game, which is why players are so eager to get a hold of one. But you don’t always have the money to just buy a tank and you can’t use cheats as it’s unfair. In this case, the only way to get a «Rhino» is to steal it from the «Fort Zancudo» military base.
How to steal it
Same as with stealing a fighter jet, we recommend you to equip your character with weapons, explosives and a fast car with bulletproof tires before going to the fort. There are 2 ways to steal a «Rhino» - by land and by air. Let’s look at both of them;
By land:
Get in the car and rush into the fort, leaving sticky bombs behind you just in case. Find the «Cargobob» cargo helicopter and get in it. Find the tank, hover over it to attach it to the grappling hook and fly away.
By air:
Find a civilian helicopter (on top of a police station or a hospital) and equip your character with a parachute. Locate the tank as you approach the base and land next to it. Get in the tank and escape the chase.
