For the longest time, the Grand Theft Auto series didn’t have a multiplayer mode. GTA 3, Vice City, San Andreas – all these legendary games were solely singleplayer. GTA 4 was a pioneer in that regard, but the best multiplayer mode in the series belongs to Grand Theft Auto V. You’re still required to have a licensed Steam version of the game to play the multiplayer, so the question of how to play GTA Online is still relevant.

1. Download the FiveM utility tool;
2. Install it and create a Rockstar Social Club account;

Find available servers in the in-game browser and join the game. This is the easiest way to play with your friends if you have a pirated version of GTA 5 Don’t forget to run the utility tool as Administrator. Important! FiveM will not work with the licensed version of the game from Rockstar.
