In order to mute the annoying guy, go to the Online menu. Find the list of players, select the one that’s bothering you and choose “Toggle Mute”. You can also just turn off voice chat through the Interaction Menu and call your friends via special software. You’ll be able to
turn in back on once you need it.
If you happen to know the admin of the server, ask him to take measures against the bothersome player. If that’s not an option, you can try killing the guy until he decides to leave the server.
