Power outages

Outage for GTA 5. By pressing F7 you can turn off the electricity in all of Los Santos.

Installation:
- copy the "scripts" folder in the installed game directory where GTA5.exe

The script will need:
- Script Hook V v1.0.393.4
- Asi Loader V v1.0.393.4
- Script Hook Dot Net V v1.0

Tested in game version 1.0.350.1 with a tablet from RELOADED.
