Switch helmet v0.2

Switch helmet v0.2 for GTA 5. The modification allows you to choose a helmet.

Management:
- J key: open menu
- keys are Numpad 2, Numpad 4, Numpad 6 and Numpad 8: menu navigation
- key Numpad 5: select

Installation:
- copy the "scripts" folder in the installed game directory where GTA5.exe

The script will need:
- Script Hook V v1.0.393.4
- Asi Loader V v1.0.393.4
- Script Hook Dot Net V v1.1

Tested in game version 1.0.350.1 with a tablet from RELOADED.
