Locking wheels v2.0

Locking wheels v2.0 for GTA 5. Now the wheels on the cars no longer turn back if you parked by unscrewing them slightly to the side and got out of the car.
You can also get out of the car, not the backwoods engine.

Management:
- key Y: fixing the position of the wheels

Installation:
- copy the "scripts" folder in the installed game directory where GTA5.exe

The script will need:
- Script Hook V v1.0.393.4
- Asi Loader V v1.0.393.4
- Script Hook Dot Net V v1.1

Tested in game version 1.0.393.2 with a tablet from RELOADED.
