North Yankton without snow v1.1 for GTA 5. Snow in North Yankton "melts".
Actually, the author has just replaced the texture of the snow is less "winter", but the work is not finished yet.

Fitting is done with the help of a program OpenIV:
1. To open the program OpenIV;
2. To specify the path to the directory installed games GTA 5 for Windows;
3. To enable edit mode (if prompted to install the plugin for GTA V, hit the "ASI Manager" and select "Install" OpenIV.ASI);
4. Further along this path - x64c.rpf\levels\gta5\_prologue;
5. Replace all rpf archives similar from the downloaded archive modification;
6. Further along this path is common.rpf\data\levels\gta5;
7. Replace "trains4.dat" the same file from the downloaded archive modification;
8. Further along this path is common.rpf\data\materials;
9. Replace "materials.dat" the same file from the downloaded archive modification;
10. The modification will be installed and the program OpenIV can be closed.

Tested in game version 1.0.393.4 with a tablet from RELOADED.
