Player Injury Mod
Mod Player Injury Mod for GTA 5 adds a bit more realism in GTA 5. Now, if your health drops below 50%, you get injured and can't move and continue the fight until your health is restored. Seeing that you are unconscious, the police will try to take you alive. However if you kill too many of their comrades with you still won't stand on ceremony.
