Lectro is a civilian sport motorcycle, for whose production the non-existing in the real world, fictional in-game Italian company Principe, which is basically a parody of other Italian motorbikes manufacturers, Ducati and Piaggio, to be more precise, is responsible.
Principe Lectro never made it's appearance in any part of the Grand Theft Auto series. Furthermore, it is not even there in the original fith part, and there is no Lectro in the singleplayer of GTA 5 even today. The motorbike Principe Lectro was introduced only as a part of the DLC "The Heists Update", where, among all other juicy stuff, was this unusual, unconventional bike. Design-wise it looks like a sport motorcycle, without sport logos and paintings though. In it's paintjob the red colour definitely dominates, and separate components of Lectro are painted in a traditional black colour.
There is a feature which makes the Principe Lectro motorbike, named a "kinetic energy recovery system" (KERS), the point of which is use of a saved from being wasted on braking kinetic energy for achieving short-time acceleration. The KERS bar is displayed at the same time where characters' unique ability bar is displayed in singleplayer of GTA 5, and KERS is being activated by the press of the same button which activates characters' ability. At the moment of KERS being active Lectro can match Dinka Akuma, however this effect doesn't last long enough to outperform Akuma, and actual characteristics of the motorcycle are not good enough to compete with best morocycles. Furthermore, due to unknown reasons, KERS can't be used in races, which renders usage of Lectro in them rather foolish. Princie Lectro is the most expensive motorbike in the game and it costs $750000 on the www.legendarymotorsport.net website.
The prototype of the Principe Lectro in the real world is Ducati Streetfighter S.
