Mod Water Level Flood Roof no Waves for GTA San Andreas The Definitive Edition. This is one of the settings of the mod Water Level Mod, in which most of the streets of Los Santos are flooded with water on the roof of houses. The setup is interesting and looks nice. The depth is not great and you can safely dive and look at NPCs that quietly move under water.
