SA Handbrake Sound 2.0

Now when using the handbrake, you hear the sound of the lock release, depending on the type of VEHICLE.

Bugs fixed in version 2.0, the algorithm and added new sounds for different types of clamps, depending on the type of the current player's vehicle.
Only 4 types of sounds:
1) for heavy machinery (long stroke)
2) For sports cars and expensive Auto (short course)
3) For powerful classics and old retro-Auto (poor sound insulation, rigid attachment to the frame)
4) standard sound-for all other vehicles. I.e. for most vehicles in the game-conventional passenger cars, vans, SUVs and their modifications (pickups, crossovers, etc.).
Exception of vehicles which are not equipped with hand brake design considerations.
