FBI Surveillance

They're hiding in quite ordinary media vans... But if you get too close or attack them, they'll immediately put you on the federal wanted list and call for reinforcements. Agents stationed near Woozy's apartment don't call for reinforcements until you attack them! (If you approach, they'll hide)
