Crowd Spawner
A great script is Crowd Spawner for GTA San Andreas. Bored in a deserted place? Are you playing on a new map that doesn't yet have pedestrian and car paths? Now you can create 8 pedestrians around Carl! The pedestrians will be the same as you can find in the area where the player is currently - for example, in the forest you can create villagers, and in Grove Street you can create poor people. You can create pedestrians an unlimited number of times, hence, no one interferes with creating a huge crowd.
