Collision of GTA 4

Many know such a thing in GTA IV: when Nico runs away and bumps into a passerby, the falls or is staggering.
Now in San Andreas Cj can do almost the same thing.
Simply run on a passer-by or crowd of passers-by, and when Cj offends someone from pedestrians, the fall.
