Anti Crash for GTA SA: MP [0.3 z] [v1]

This version of the Anti-Krašera of the FYP.
By default, the GTA SA: MP after too many "Warning" (warnings) the game shuts down.

This script addresses this problem.
Work with ASI Loader.

Configuration (AntiCrasher.ini):
-Enabled = 1//enable/disable (1-enabled, 0-off);
-PatchWarningMessages = 0//communicate warning messages (1-Yes, 0-no).
