C Jay was appointed mayor of the small town! With the money he bought himself a swanky Office at the top of that posted the personal area for recreation. Also he put in the area a few new homes!
-You can fortify yourself with food and weapons stockpiles on top of Office (entrance you will see before you begin building the red marker).
-On the main square you will be able to enjoy hot dogs (and at the top of the Office too)
-You will be able to buy the Office, and it will bring you profit.
-As from the roof of the Office you will be able to jump with a parachute (it happens that you cannot take unfortunately).
