Base initially for the DRAGON clan but is free.
Base is located on the Causeway in the desert.
In the fashion of 2 base on one map, one is located on the Causeway and the other inside the dam. There is also a garage. To penetrate to the base which is located in the Causeway, use (SoBeJtOm).
