Improved start screen saver

Introductory screen saver from the Definitive Edition version of the game.

Peculiarities:
- high resolution 1920x1080;
- high quality screensaver.

ATTENTION: the splash screen was not loaded until I installed SilentPatch, it may not be displayed without it.
