Fix Facial Animations

This is a simple entertainment mod for GTA San Andreas, which fixes the flaws of Rockstar, improve facial animation for all the characters and the player.
Now all passers-by will talk by opening your mouth and not simply mouthing and chewing on anything with your mouth closed.
Features:
-Good selection of verbal animation that makes the movement of the mouth almost synchronous with the sound.
-Fix too high brow in the animations of wonder (facsurp, facsurpm).
