RAILROAD modification III

In this version:
-Trains replaced by 10-th Russian locomotives and cars;
-Increased the number of cars in trains;
-This mod only diesel locomotives.

ATTENTION! Gta_sa.exe file is replaced! Before you install the update, make a backup copy of this file.
