New Animations V1.0

New animations to replace standard on more realistic. Animations are functional in both single player and multiplayer.

Changed:
Animation Ped.ifp;
-Flying;
-The fall (in flight, with small heights, with small houses);
-Flight parachute;
Raising the hands (when you file your sights on people);
-Animation of death;
-Walking;
-Bag;
-Sitting Mode;
-Flips while crouched in back CJ now don't go and do a somersault;
-Hitting the PAINT (as well as passers-by);
-Bag with a weapon;
-Walking with arms;
-Stand with arms;
-Blow to the ležačemu;
Rack gangs;
-Animation of the cops arrest;
-Beg passers (men);
Animation of rising from the stomach;
-Braking after the fast running;
-A fighting rack + block.

P.S.-did everything himself, most of the animations are made from scratch.
