Not Crash for SAMP 0.3x

Patches the game crashes, which occurs when the limit is varningov.
Enables and disables the chat command "/patchcrash".
Has its own settings file (AntiCrasher.ini), where you can configure Auto wake-up at the start of the game and show Warning messages.
The option "Enabled" is responsible for the automatic activation of the start of the game (1-enabled, 0-off).
The parameter "PatchWarningMessages" configures the display of error messages when antikrašer is enabled.
