GTA V to SA: Realistic Handling

The mod makes the machine even more realistic. Now they will gradually slow down, and if you want to stop or sharply to drift, then you have to click on the hand brake (blank by default). Now when braking will sound the brake discs!

The attention is completely replaced by the file handling.cfg!
