Sonic Unbelievable Shader v7.1 (ENB Series)

New version of my ENB, in which I tried to add many new shader, plugin, etc. that make graphics even more pleasant. The mod is working steadily on the average PC, however, unlike the previous version demands a significant increase also tried to remove effects that inexperienced users could not fully enjoy my mod. Naturally the main minus in this version is a huge number of files, so the bet at your own risk (it is advisable to clean GTA 4 with CLEO)
