SkyGFX v1.3

SkyGFX v1.3 for GTA San Andreas. This plugin is build from The Hero, which contains 4 of his previous works, namely:
- PostFX;
- PS2 Reflections;
- PS2 Shadows;
- PS2 Grass.

Also not without additions and corrections:
- Added emulation of modulation textures like PS2;

Because SkyGFX contains its new two-pass rendering, SilentPatch'e (if you have it installed) you need to turn off TwoPassRendering if it is switched on (or off dualPassWorld in skygfx.ini). You can still turn in SilentPatch'e NVCShader, as SkyGFX contains its (superior) substitute for it.

Management of blur and the inclusion of islocalhost now .ini plugin (string blurLeft, blurTop, blurRight, blurBottom; doRadiosity) than in the stream.ini.
