Ragdoll Brutal

Brutal Ragdoll for GTA San Andreas. This mod is based on modifications from the Ragdoll Mod Ryosuke839.

Changes:
- Configuration moved to the latest version of Ragdoll
- Changed the gravity
- Changed the density of the object (i.e. the Ragdoll)
- Changed physics
- Changed the friction
- Ragdoll does not depend on ped.ifp

Fixes:
Now the PED is not flying to anywhere.

Feature:
- Coming off of a limb
