Bright flashers

Used emergency lights were some boring and strëmnye, now they are much more fun
This modification changes the flashers in the following machines: police Los Santos (LSPD), Police San Fierro (SFPD), Las Venturasa (LVPD), the rural police (Randžery).

Attention! MOD completely changes all the police cars. They are becoming the standard, but with new flashing lights.
