Takomskij Bridge (Tacoma Narrows Bridge)

This MOD I dedicated global crash on the hanging "Takomskom Bridge" in the UK (tacoma narrows bridge) in 1940, ... of the wind gust speed 64 km/h was swinging bridge and could not stop, later the bridge collapsed. I tried to do something similar ... and that, it's up to you to decide
