Samp Reborn 1.05

Added the ability to copy player nicknames and rule values in the list of players and rules.
Added filter by Hostname.
Added history of nicknames (up to 5 unique pieces).
Added SAMP version selection to the installer (R1 for all cheats and modifications and the newest R5).
Lags from a large number of servers on weak computers are still included.
