TXD Workshop is intended to replace the textures in games TXD series GTA: GTA 3, GTA Vice City, GTA San Andreas.
Supports all formats of txd gta3, VC and SA, including compressed.
The latest version of TXD Workshop 3.0 build: 171210 also supports work with IMG files.
Updated in 2010, version 4.5 to the Workshop TXD 3.0 includes DXT compressor/decompressor using the libsquish package, designed to improve the reliability and quality of the images.
