Handling ED

Only works with GTA SA.
Has the option to select a language (RUS/ENG). The language file is created when you first start by modifying the text you can call auto settings, or make a translation into another language (Estonian for example).

Preferences editor for GTA San Andreas works with a file:
Handling.cfg inside the data folder in the directory with the game GTA SA, for example: C:\Program Files\GTA San Andreas\data\
