Three-piece version of the TÈ10M.
From 1981 to 1990/Voroshilovgrad factory produced 2444 dvuhsekcionnyh diesel locomotive 2te10m series and 3TÈ10M series diesel trëhsekcionnyh 639, are further modernizing 2te10v. A number of diesel locomotives of series 2te10m and 2te10mk later were converted to trëhsekcionnye options 3TÈ10M and 3TÈ10MK.
