EP10-dual-passenger electric locomotive produced in Russia, together with Bombardier Transportation for the Novočerkasskom Èlektrovozostroitel′nom plant (NEVZ). For the period from 1998 to 2006 year built a series of 12 locomotives ÈP10. Electric locomotives of this series are high performance, good dynamics of acceleration, as well as improved energy performance. All the locomotives set recovery equipment, automatic control system of traction and rekuperativnoreostatnym brake, a three-level microprocessor system diagnostics, asynchronous TRACTION MOTORS. All 12 electric locomotives ÈP10 attributed to the locomotive Depot Moscow-Sortirovochnaya and currently operate on the routes Moscow-Nizhny Novgorod, Moscow-Rostov-na-Donu, Moscow-Vekovka, Moskva-Voronezh.
