Normal weapon settings for GTA Vice City.

This is an addition to the fashion normal car settings and colors. Each weapon was checked many times. Increased damage and range on all weapons, within reasonable (does not interfere with the normal passage of the game). Now gtA Vice City will be much more interesting and difficult, and sometimes easier.
