A taxi in GTA 4: can call

The new function have appeared in GTA 4: it is a trip on taxi. And it is no matter, where are you, because the car will come to any location on the map. While you are moving by the car, you can observe the surrounding scenery and listen to the radio. But you must remember, that taxi is no high-speeding kind of vehicle, and if you are in hurry, it will be better to move on your own car. It will allow to save time and money.

The advantages of taxi:

Taxi will come during a couple of seconds after your call
There is no necessary to drive it yourself
There is an opportunity to fully enjoy the surroundings
The small price to pay for the trip

To call taxi you have to open the contact list in the phone and find the needed number of taxi. The operator will call you back to confirm the order. After that the car will arrive and honk the horn.

To sit in the taxi you have to press key “F”. Your character will sit on the back seat and the trip begins. You can also tune your favorite radio station and listen to the liked music. If you press “Space”, the character will hurry the taxi driver, and he will begin to drive faster, overtaking other cars and breaking traffic rules.
