IVTweaker V2.43

Hello world! Update for IVTweaker V2.43 for GTA 4.

IV Tweaker is a utility for downloading mods and setting restrictions for Grand Theft Auto IV, now you no longer have to replace files and worry about tedious mod installations and backups. Convenient folder structure and readability allow any beginner to become a master!

Update:
- Added a way to limit the mod folder to a specific episode without changing the .ini. To do this, you can create an empty file named GTAIVOnly, TLADOnly, or TBoGTOnly in the mod folder, and it will only load in the specified episode;
- The mod now supports uploading individual files without the need to create an .img. Now you can put the .wdr, .wdd, .wft, .wtd files in the mod folder and the game will load them automatically;
- Fixed priority for shader files;
- The limit regulator has been reorganized;
- Improved stability for more pedestrians;
- The vehicle restriction now also increases the vehOff.csv limit without the problems that the FLA used to create;
- Added restrictions on driving vehicles, including motorcycles, helicopters/planes, and boats;
- Added the ability to change the limit of weapon information (this is the same as it used to be in ZPatch, but with some additional fixes such as fire hydrants no longer break when turned on);
- Fixes for an occasional crash on the loading screen with a changed limit of weapon information;
- A small update to fix a crash where the car4 entry in the carcols.dat contains the wrong model name.

Installation:
- Move the contents of the Archive to the main folder of the game.
