How to change nickname in GTA 5 online

No one really paid much attention to the customization aspect of Grand Theft Auto Online when it came out, everyone just wanted to play with their friend and have fun. It’s not surprising since the game still has tons of possibilities and things to do. However, as the time went on, players realized that there are just as many ways to customize your character as there are possibilities, if not more. Some players would also like to know how to change your nickname in GTA 5 Online. Let’s take a closer look at how to do that.

In order to change your nickname, go to the Social Club website and log into your account. Here you can make all the necessary changes as well as see all the recent news and updates. Note that you can’t change your nicknames too often.

You can also do that while playing the game by pressing Home and accessing your Social Club profile. You can only change your nickname two times a year due to the limit set by the developers. Nicknames with obscene language and profanities will not be allowed.
