Grand Theft Auto 5 provides you with a multitude of ways to make money in the storyline mode: driving a taxi, doing business on the Internet, completing missions, purchasing property etc. You can then spend that money to buy vehicles, weapons, car upgrades and expensive clothes. One of the other interesting ways is to purchase the Car Scrapyard.
In order to do that, do the following:
- Choose any of the main protagonists.
- Go to the Scrapyard and buy it for 275 000$.
- Start making money.
After purchasing this property, you can make money by destroying cars. You can use other vehicles and weapons to do that and spend a lot of time finding cars to destroy, but it’s easier to just get a fighter jet or a military helicopter and blow up several vehicles at a time. Cars that are destroyed during storyline missions also count, so it’s better to purchase the property as soon as possible.
The same can be done in multiplayer, but only on RP servers that have mods which allow players to buy property.
