How to sell property in GTA 5
Once you reach level 5 in Grand Theft Auto Online, you can purchase property. There are 65 different apartments and garages, however you can only buy a limited amount of property. Many players wonder, “How do I sell property in GTA 5 Online?”.
Replacing
Unfortunately, there is no way to sell your property in the game, but you can get some of the money back. If you’ve reached the limit of property that can be owned, the next one you buy will replace the previous one of your choice, thus returning you the difference in cost.
This is also true for the opposite: you can add some money and replace the old building with the new, more expensive one. Don’t forget to move your stored vehicles or they will be lost. Such tricks can be done with pretty much any property in the game.
